Manager’s Office Hellas is looking for a young student or graduate to support the HR Department in Athens.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supports the HR team in achieving excellence in all HR initiatives
- Assist the recruitment process
- Manages the candidate database – HR CRM
- Takes part in candidate interviews
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (in progress) in HR, Management or related field
- Previous experience in recruiting is desirable
- Fluency in English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills using PowerPoint – PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills are required
