10+ years in the Automotive industry with increasing responsibility

A great work ethic is an absolute must

Must have previous Sales Management experience in a dealership, F&I Manager and/or Used Car Sales Management

Must be able to manage a large sales staff with big inventories

Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business

Needs to maintain a high energy level

Must be able to lead by example
